His experience in financial and operations management, business/ corporate development for public and private companies, including: strategic and business planning, financial and business analysis, investment due diligence, forecasting, operations and project management covering an array of industries, including but not limited to financial services, consumer packaged goods, medical devices, food, marketing promotions, manufacturing, and networking solutions.

The services provided as a consultant include business/ strategic planning, financial analysis, and multi-year forecasting for client companies.  The planning process includes interfacing with the company’s Board of Directors, CEO, CFO, Operations and Sales & Marketing.  Forecasting often entails the development of complex, dynamic multi-year models.  He has worked closely with senior management to establish key metrics to evaluate companies’ performance and reports to measure performance versus goals.
